The hotel's location was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to famous places, get food, go shopping, and visit anywhere in less than ten minutes. The Sydney central station was only a 7-9 minute walk away, making transportation easy. The hotel had a warm swimming pool, great for my kids who enjoyed a swim right after waking up.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to all the major attractions and situated in the wonderful Surry Hills. Additionally, it is conveniently located away from Central station, giving you a peaceful stay.
The hotel could improve by providing better views from the rooms.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a great location close to all the major attractions in Surry Hills. The hotel was within walking distance to the city and had excellent transport links right around the corner. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff members were the highlight of my experience, as they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I was thoroughly impressed with their genuine interest in their guests. This was my fourth stay at this hotel over the years, and I must say, it keeps getting better each time. It will always be my first choice when visiting from the UK.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

The staff were awesome - very helpful and friendly. The accom was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Very very small thing - the toilet is on the 14th floor - although there is one on level 2 near the pool, but you naturally need a pass for this one.

I had a lovely weekend getaway in Sydney recently. the hotel I stayed at exceeded my expectations in many ways. the hotel rooms were exactly as they appeared in the photos online, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near Central Station, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit different attractions. there were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, providing plenty of dining options. Lastly, I was impressed with the warm and personalized leaving gift that was waiting for me in my room.

Position, staff,cleanliness
Parking inaccessible with a sport car (unless you want to scratch the front spoiler), internet 5 dollars per hour (really?? are all the hotels like that when you get free WIFI at many public places?), air conditioning not working (but everything else does) unless you place the electronic key into its place. Not a problem if you write it somewhere but I had to ask the staff to come and fix it/show me hot to use it.

The hotel was really nice, big room, friendly staff and 24 hr room service!
The only thing that bothered my partner and I was the construction work that they were doing in the next room to us at 6am every morning. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay!
